Phoned Warmflow as my boiler was leaking water. They sent an 'engineer' out to have a look.He said he couldn't fix it because it was to do with the pipes and that is a plumbers job. OK, so we then phoned warmflow back and arranged for one of their plumbers to come out. They were meant to arrive on the Thursday. Just for reference we are on Tuesday of that week. Thursday came and went, no plumber arrived. Friday came and went, still no plumber. Ended up having to get a plumber from another company to replace a plastic washer. 10 minute job.Warmflow happy enough to leave us without heating. Their customer care team doesn't give a toss. NHS nurse without heat for 5 days. Thanks Warmflow.
