We purchased a property with a Warmflow oil boiler installed 2 years ago (it was installed in 2018) and it has been nothing but a nightmare. In the two years we have lived here, it has already cost me £1000+ in repairs. It has just broken down again and is now leaking water everywhere. I tried calling Warmflow customer service and after asking me a few questions to see whether the warranty was valid (apparently, it isn't) they wanted to know nothing about it. They didn't even ask what the problem was. We have had the boiler serviced every 12 months and the washers have been replaced, but this seems to only fix the leak for a couple of weeks before it starts leaking again. This is also only one of several problems we have had with it. I've given it two stars as there is a chance that the boiler wasn't installed correctly. But I find it hard to believe that is the reason that we have now had to replace 4 parts in less than two years. It's gotten to the point now where we are likely going to have to purchase a new boiler or look at alternative methods for heating. Just so I don't have to constantly deal with the headache and cost of repairing it.UPDATE: Can I please have a contact email to follow up on your reply?
