Like a previous review I cannot comment on the work because after 4 appointments made the plumber once again this morning didn't turn up. First excuse two weeks ago the plumber was ill, ok I accepted this. Second excuse, the radiator hadn't arrived. Third excuse the plumber was ill again. We were then going away for the weekend and wanted it sorted before going so the company offered us an plumber calling at 7am to do the job before we left, we turned this offer of an appointment down incase the job wasn't completed in time for us leaving. So an appointment was made for 9am this morning. My husband has just received a phone call to say they weren't coming again because the radiator hasn't arrived. My question to Warmserve, how could you have come on the last two cancelled appointments when you haven't got the radiator? We have now cancelled the job & will contact another company. We had issues with this company previously but we thought we would give them another chance after the last issue was resolved. They won't get another chance.
