After receiving the offer, a grateful surprise, the workers turned up to begin fitting heating system.They were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. They explained what was happening on the day,told us how long they would be,they actually finished earlier and asked us if we had any questions.They did a very good job of the fitting and helped us by laying down the carpet we had lifted, a heavy job they saved us doing. They showed us how the system worked, answered what questions we had and others we didn't think of. They left the house very tidy. They did magnificent job.I would like to thank you for everything you did for us, we are really grateful for everything.
