This is possibly the worse insurance company I have come across. Reported my boiler and engineer comes check the boiler and tells me what's wrong with it, he goes away and not hear anything back. I am having to chase every few days with their office, there is no contact numbers and everything is via web form and have to wait 48 hours to hear back.All I hear back is sorry about the delay and we are working to get an engineer to you, time after time. It is almost a month and still no help with the repair, I hate to think what would have happened if this was an emergency. As it stands my boiler is getting worse and still can do anything about it.It's ironic that they very happily respond to positive feedbacks on here and completely ignore complaints to negative feedbacks.This must be the biggest mistake in my whole life.
