I am extremely disappointed with the radiator installation carried out by WarmZilla in my living room. The quality of the work was far below what any homeowner would reasonably expect from a professional heating company.

The installation was left in a very poor and unfinished condition. The pipework was exposed and poorly aligned, the wall around the radiator was left damaged, and the overall finish looked careless and unprofessional. Instead of a clean installation that blends into the room, it looked as though the work had been abandoned halfway through, making the radiator area look messy and poorly executed. Seeing this every day in the main living space of my home was extremely upsetting.

What made the experience even worse was the long and stressful process of trying to get WarmZilla to resolve the issue. I spent over one and a half months raising complaints and communicating with them repeatedly. Despite the significant amount of time, emails, and effort involved, the problem was never properly resolved. Throughout this period, I felt there was no genuine intention to correct the poor workmanship.

In the end, I had no option but to hire an independent professional heating engineer to correct the installation. The engineer had to reinstall the radiator to a proper professional standard and repair the damage left behind. He also managed to hide the pipework and leave the installation looking neat and properly finished.

This resulted in significant additional costs that I should never have had to pay, as well as a prolonged period of stress dealing with the situation.

This experience caused unnecessary financial loss and a great deal of stress, negatively affecting my daily life. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that others think very carefully before using this company. The installation left in my home and the lack of resolution afterwards were extremely disappointing.
