As a long-term customer who has invested in multiple plans, I was disheartened when my account was flagged and canceled by the automated system due to supposed "suspicious behavior." Despite reaching out for clarification, I received no response. This is truly disappointing. I had hoped for better communication from the company, but over the last month, their service and partially non-functioning features have only deteriorated. It feels like they no longer value their community.
