Worst cell phone insurance company on the planet. They have lied numerous times in order to get out of covering my screen repair and will take up to 5 days to respond to my emails. There is no one you can talk to on the phone, they only have an answering service that takes messages. I am going on 3 weeks now with a broken screen, this company is extremely frustrating and the repair approval process is extremely cumbersome. You have to go get an estimate yourself, email it to them, wait for them to respond, find another device to take pictures of your phone with to send to them for proof, print a form, fill it out, scan it, email it back, wait for them to respond, contact them days later when you haven't heard back, wait more days for them to respond. Apparently you also have pay for everything yourself and then wait another week or so for them to Paypal you the reimbursement for repair. This company is a joke and not worth the stress, inconvenience, and hassle.
