I sent in a claim for my phone and they told me the insurance expired the same month I paid off my phone. I paid a flat rate for the insurance and I didn't use it. So they charged me for 2 policies to cover the phone repairs and as soon as I need it it isn't available. I had problems with my other phone getting it repaired. It took weeks to get it serviced and to receive my reimbursement. A total rip off. They're scamming now. Probably poor management and they dint have money to pay fit repairs.
