Absolutely terrible company, do not sign up for their service! You will get screwed over when it's time to make a claim, at that point you won't be able to sign up for insurance with another company then pay hundreds if not over a thousand to fix/replace your phone.
I created an account and passed the diagnostic test you do on the phone to get approved. This was including taking a picture of myself in the mirror to show that my screen was intact. Approved, no issues.
A little after a month after signing up with WarrantyLife, I dropped my phone and broke the screen. Perfect, I have insurance for this! NOPE! They told me my thumb was covering where it was damaged in the picture I sent in! Like what?! Why didn't you have me take two pictures from different angles? So if you break your phone and its on the lower part of screen you just get denied? I took the selfie picture EXACTLY as the model in the demo picture took theirs, pushing the photo button on the bottom of screen. The hard up/down volume buttons I usually press for photos don't work in their app, you have to take the picture pushing button on screen. I would imagine they have it disabled so they can deny anyone that has a crack on lower part of screen and say you are covering it.
I WAS BLOWN AWAY THAT THEY DENIED MY CLAIM AND THEY IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED MY SERVICE. If I had known they were a SHADY COMPANY I would have bought insurance elsewhere! Now I'm stuck with the inability to get insurance elsewhere AND a $350 out of pocket cost to fix the screen on my phone.
BUYER BEWARE: This company will do ANYTHING to not pay to repair your phone. Do not fall for their scam. Go to another more trustworthy company. It should be illegal what they did to me. The workers at this company should be ashamed of themselves for scamming people!!!
