Went into Warrens inPenzance never met any body so rude brought 3 sausage rolls and they were not cooked properly , took them back and one of the staff members was so rude about me returning the sausages rolls and said they were cooked fine and fed up with people keep complaining about her sausage rolls I asked if she could put them into the oven longer and she replied that her ovens were turned off I asked for my money back and she refused I will not be eating there again! I have phoned the head office and will be hearing from them today if I don’t hear anything else from them I will be taking it further What an attitude to have towards people! There’s a reason why people are complaining about your sausage rolls and pasty’s
