Disgusting produce purchased at your store at cambridge services today. To say that it was stale would be an understatement. At 8.45 on a Saturday morning in what is obviously a brand new store with a manager and some other bod discussing at length how the sandwiches should be displayed I really think you need to focus on the quality of the food you serve. This was disgusting. Stale, hard, fridge cold. We had a pain aux raisin and a pain aux chocolat. How is it possible to not cook these fresh on the day. I am so angry that we purchased these at a whopping £2.10 each. And left to eat on the way. Looking forward to out tasty breakfast snacks we tucked in and could barely bite through the chewy pastry. Flavourless and dry. Very disappointing. How can you knowingly rip people off like this.
