Most of the products on Warrior Plus are of low quality. You can easily sort this out by visiting the seller profile and having a look at their ratings. Most of them have a rating of less than 3 out of 5. I recently bought a product because apparently there was a 30-day "risk-free" money back guarantee. The product was useless and hence I claimed a refund. Seller's support team just asked me to raise a dispute and assured me that their billing team would clear the money within 7 working days (which sounded shady too since refund should not be a complicated process, especially when you offer a 30-day money back guarantee). I raised a dispute as per their advise and and guess what? It was eventually closed in seller's favor. No billing team, no refund, zilch, nada. I informed the seller's support team but there has been no response so far. I am not holding my breath at this point and have given up on it.I did contact Warrior Plus, but they said that they cannot do anything since I've raised a dispute. This is despite the fact that I shared screenshots of my conversation with seller's support team where they advised me to raise a dispute. While I can understand that Warrior Plus cannot intervene in this matter, the least they could have done is contact the seller which they didn't. They lack accountability and refrain from taking any responsibility. The least they can do is warn the sellers but they continue to support shady sellers despite high negative reviews (not just here but on their own platform). Because of this, knowingly or unknowingly they are supporting a lot of shady sellers.Since this company seems to be based in the US, I would urge anyone who may have fallen victim to these unethical practices to consider filing a complaint with the FTC (look up "report fraud ftc", you should be able to find the link to report the incident)Additionally, please also consider contacting your local legislator as well to report these unethical practices.
