At first I was very excited to purchase this product. The sales page was excellent and the promises made to lure the customers were very appealing. Immediately upon completing the purchase, I had questions which I attempted to get answered. Upon clicking over to their support ticket page I entered my user name and password but received a failure notice and my access to the support ticket site was blocked. After many attempts this is still true to today. I found an email I used for WES support and tried it. Again after many attempts over almost 2 weeks, none of my emails were ever answered. I found another email to Warrior support and finally got a response. Their email only responses to my many questions were minimal and the person just told me to be patient that it could take up to 72 hours after they step in to get a response. They said they are not the vendor and only the vendor can give product support, I was told to be patient with the vendor, these support requests take time to answer. I was working with 2 different people on this Warrior email support. 72 hours went by and no response whatsoever to me or my Warrior support rep. There are no telephone numbers to call, nobody from the vendor to answer support requests, nothing, nobody. I was dead in the water on getting my questions answered and could not get a response from the vendor after almost 3 weeks of different attempts so I asked for a refund. That took 3 more days and finally it showed up as a refund on my warrior account but the funds had not been returned to my account. I was told it could take at least 10 business days or longer (due to current circumstances) for the refunds to be returned to my accounts. Fifteen business days later and the funds are still not back in my accounts. These people send you down numerous rabbit holes and keep you tied up for weeks playing their silly games to get help and support for the product. The support isn't really horrible, it is actually totally nonexistent. I had sincerely looked forward to using this product but how can I with ZERO support? It is hard to believe they are letting this happen, but this is the truth. I'd be very surprised if they let this review stand. If I could rate zero stars instead of a minimal 1 star for the rating, they'd get zero stars. Strongly recommend stay away from this product unless you are already an expert and need zero support and assistance, because that is what you will get, zero support. Shameful way to do business.
