The ordering process was easy and the equipment that I’ve received appears to be fairly high quality but the user experience has been the worst that I’ve ever had. I ordered the product on 11/30 and they advertised a 2-6 business day shipping time frame frame their factory in California which is a complete fabrication. I received the item on 12/11 and it came in 3 different packages but was missing the hoses to connect the plunge to the chiller. When you try to contact them their phone number doesn’t work, it’s text only and they only respond at the wee hours of the morning because they are obviously abroad. You would think getting some hoses and clamps would be a relatively painless process but they have to send those from China as well and are apparently using the pony express to get them here. It’s showing a delivery time frame of January 6-9th for the parts that I need to make the chiller work. So it’s going to be a month and a half before I can use the freaking chiller. They also advertise 100% satisfaction guarantee which is complete BS because they hide a 20% restocking fee in their fine print. So you spend 2k and lose $400 if you return the product which I’m still tempted to do just out of principal. At any rate, I hope someone read this review and dodges the bullet on purchasing from this organization. I’ve been trying to find someone in management to speak to but have been totally unsuccessful. This was the worst customer experience that I can remember having! To top it all off I’m getting advertisements from them to get a new unit by Christmas, if you order now. Well they may send you a new unit, but if it’s missing anything then it will take another month for them to make it right.
