Warwick Glass came out, helped us choose the right options for windows and doors and gave us a price. The price was competitive and there was a bit of room for negotiation. All of the follow up information and communication was excellent, and timescales for delivery were good. The Windows and doors were ready earlier than expected, and we agreed an installation slot that suited us. The fitters did a great job and left no mess whatsoever, and we expected that some plastering/filling in would be needed afet they completed, but this was no the case. The quality of the windows and doors was excellent.There was an issue of the fitters dropping something on the laminate floor - but this was followed up and we quickly reached a fair and satisfactory conclusion.Ray, the salesman, was excellent throughout.
