Unfortunately, while waiting for my flight, I didn't have time to eat at Wasabi at Luton Airport. The AI shows it opens at 4 a.m. Yes. At 4 a.m., everyone is working at full speed, serving customers. Except for Wasabi. They're just setting up the goods and cleaning up there. It looks awful. How is this supposed to be associated with Japanese work culture??? I don't recommend it.
