Bought Wasabi Sushi and Bento microwave chicken katsu from Sainsburys x 2. 1 had no chicken in it (couldn't see the quality of the dish as the cardboard packaging covered the box.) 1) Messaged on the complaints chat/email, rather than complain to Sainsburys. 2) Sent all the details in; photos / bar codes etc. 3) Got a message saying they were sorry and would send "vouchers". 4) a month later no vouchers have showed up. Conclusion. Seems like poor quality control in production department and poor customer service in the, er... customer service department. Don't bother buying. Don't bother complaining.
