I was very hesitant to send my items but I really should not have!! The process was so easy....They sent me a letter with sticker for postage within a day, I sent them my parcel on a Tuesday and I got a phone on the Friday. The offer I was given was fair and I gladly accepted. The money was in my account the same day.I was so pleased that I have asked if I could send a few more items and they are sending me another postage letter. Can't fault them!!!!!
