I spoke to someone on the phone and was told I'd get a good price, much more than if they were sold on ebay. They quickly sent the postage pack and contacted me within a few days of me posting my box. I sent over 50 items including lots of hallmarked jewellery, and vintage items but was only offered £25. Ridiculous! I asked for them to be returned to me which they have done.
