This is the 3rd 4th time I review in here(?)… has been almost 2 months, and we still don’t get our package. The last answer we got from them was, the Transportation company damaged our package (that’s why it haven’t been delivered). Ok got it, but why don’t they make that company pay them for the damage package and just send us a new one through another company? I mean is so easy to fix, but they don’t do anything about it, we sent another email just asking for the refund about 2 weeks ago and no answer. Please FFS, just give us back our money if you’re not gonna fix the problem that is so easy to do! You don’t need to be a genius to think of a solution!!! We’re so tired of you, give us back our money !!!! Order number : 694761553How can you care so less of your clients… by not even answering and it’s worse for you? If you would do your job more people would buy every time. ANSWER OUR EMAILS AND GIVE US A REFUND!!!
