I paid to watch the boxing match but didn’t realize I was enrolled in an auto-renewal subscription, which I admit may have been my oversight. After another payment, I reached out to the service to explain my situation. They claimed that because I used the service afterward, there was nothing they could do, which felt dishonest. I spent an hour trying to figure out how to cancel the renewal, as they make it very difficult. To top it off, you need to give 30 days notice when canceling, resulting in another payment. Essentially, I've paid for one fight three times since I don't watch sports. I find this service to be misleading and their subscription process very shady.
