Can't recommend Sam highly enough. These aren't small purchases, and Sam definitely gives the service commensurate with both the price, and her "concierge" title. Detailed pics, videos, history and provenence all provided quickly and easily. Many dealers treat everyone as if they're only kicking tyres, but definitely not Sam. A minor strap issue (massive wrist gang) was resolved insanely quickly, including guaranteed Saturday delivery which was a lovely touch, as were the notes and card etc. Sam has my wish list, I'll be back.
