I purchased a chronograph from WD which arrived with a misaligned second hand. They offered an exchange immediately but I was concerned that an event I was going to wear the piece at was approaching and I may not get the replacement in time. WD offered to ship the replacement as soon as I sent confirmation that I had posted the return and sent photos of the replacement watch to ensure I was happy with the alignment.
