Everything went very smooth, communication was good and thorough. The watch I bought happened to be much better (both in terms of finishing and accuracy) than I expected. The only complaint I would have - which doesn't change my opinion, because it's not really Watch Dives fault! - is the use of Fedex shipping, which is unfortunately the worst shipping service in my country - it gave me some headaches and I'd avoid it at all costs in the future.
