I placed an order on Saturday of this week with a delivery time of 4-6 working days. It is currently Thursday and the order status has remained unfulfilled since purchasing the watch. As the email I received confirming my order stated that I would be notified when the order had been dispatched and having received no such notification I have attempted to contact the company on two occasions. As yet I have received no return correspondence and this I find very poor. I recognise that the package could still very well be delivered in the timescale outlined but the customer service is seriously lacking currently.
