Poor customer service I purchased a secondhand titanium dive watch when I received it in my mail the watch movement was not working correctly after several emails and two videos. The customer service from China only responded with the same statement. Sorry for your wait. We will get to you as soon as possible no mention about an exchange or refund of purchase once again I sent a fifth email to the customer service in China and received the same response so I learned that this company does not up hold its warranty or guarantee. I did post this on my TikTok page and my Facebook page regarding do not purchase from this company due to poor customer service from China
