Quality of the clasp is poor. Very loose tolerance at the screws so it feels a little insecure and requires a "knack" to secure it properly. The watches I have had before have been great, especially considering the price. I have 7 or 8 of them from memory. I have overall been happy with watchdives as the delivery and quality is generally good. Unfortunate the the new "on the fly" clasp seems to have sloppy qc. UPDATE However, after my initial disappointment, the customer service team contacted me and were very professional they offered a complete refund immediately and responded quickly to my concerns. As I said above I have bought several (9 as i have now counted) of their watches and have been extremely pleased with the quality and have never had cause to complain so it is pleasing that when there is an issue, however unlikely, they took action a remedied it immediately. Overall happy despite the negative start to this review.
