Had a fixed time appointment today, Blue Water.
Attended the store 5 mins before. It was busy being a Saturday, I guess with drop ins, so waited 10 mins where the guy behind the counter could see me., with zero acknowledgement.
After 10 mins just standing there I politely said “sorry, we have an appmnt at 11 with xxx” and he responded “I’ll be with you when I can. “
We waited 10 more mins, not even one “sorry to keep you waiting/wont be long/ apologies were overly busy today “ etc. simple customer service. I’m there to spend £15k +!!
We just walked out, plenty of other dealers who care about their customers
