The purchasing and selling of my watch was fairly simple and easy, the offer I got for the part exchange was a little lower than expected but I think still fair. Received my Rolex 15200 in the mail Thursday and stopped working completely Sunday. Have tried calling multiple times and have put in multiple requests about the watch being damaged and have still not received any word back. My watch came with a Rolex service card so I took matters into my own hands and took it to Rolex. Hopefully whatever the damage was done to the watch is covered under their warranty because obviously watch finder will be no help to me. Very upset I purchase a watch with a guarantee and now have to wait weeks while it is in service and possibly have to pay on top of what I already did for the watch. Very disappointing experience with watch finder.
