I knew we wanted to start swimming lessons early, and we had our first lesson when O was 10weeks old. The first lesson was I nervous but was very quickly made to feel welcome. I was not happy and cried for 27mins of a 30min class and my anxiety was increasing, however I was reassured and encouraged to come back…. I’m so glad we did! Several lessons in now and O absolutely loves it. She hasn’t cried since the first lesson. The teacher Poppy is so lovely and calm, we look forward to the end of each week now knowing we have swimming. Highly recommended if you’re thinking about it but undecided.

I could not recommend waterbabies enough, my little boy has been swimming with since he was 4 months old and he absolutely loves it, he's so excited when he sees the pool, and smiles all the way through his lessons.
We've worked with a few different instructors, as we have moved classes and done a couple of catch up lessons in different locations around Bristol and they have all been supportive and welcoming, especially because I can't actually swim myself.
Communication with the head office has been great, my little boy had an accident and needed some time away from swimming to recover, and they've been nothing but helpful considering the circumstances, pausing our membership and helping switch classes.
Now he's nearly 1, and I'm returning to work it's the only class we will be continuing after maternity leave just because we love it so much!
10/10 would recommend, completely worth the money!

Our instructor is exceptional—patient, engaging, and truly dedicated to the child's development. I have previously enrolled my daughter, and I wish we had such a wonderful instructor then. The lessons are enjoyable yet educational, with clear explanations of the skills being taught. Thank you for making this experience with my child so enjoyable and memorable!

Our instructor is simply outstanding. My baby girl was initially hesitant about swimming, but she has made significant progress and enjoys it more with each lesson. This experience has also boosted my confidence in the water with her. It’s truly one of my favorite activities we share.
Both of my children participate in this program, and their instructor is wonderful. She is friendly, caring, and fantastic with all the kids. My children have gained confidence in their swimming abilities and eagerly look forward to their classes.
The classes are excellent. However, we did not receive the swim trunks we ordered. The changing facilities lack privacy, with transparent glass on the male changing room doors allowing outsiders to see inside. It’s uncomfortable as women sometimes have to change in the men's area and vice versa.
My daughter and I have been part of this program since she was 6 months old, and now at 3, she is incredibly confident in the water, almost swimming independently. Our instructor has been very supportive and reassuring throughout our journey. We also participated in an underwater photo session, which was a fantastic experience. The customer service has been excellent; every time I reached out about missing a class, I received prompt responses. I'm sad that our experience is coming to an end due to school starting. I would highly recommend this program to any new parent!
Our instructor has been amazing, making me feel comfortable in every lesson! The only downside is the pricing; we have to cancel because the costs are increasing next year, which we can’t afford. It’s been wonderful to see our child improve week by week and to connect with other lovely parents and babies in the class!
