I received a few emails from the company, including one with an estimated date. I finally got the filter, and after assembling it, I can confirm the water is lovely. I purchased a 10l bench top filter on June 24th, knowing there would be a wait until July 31st. I spoke to an agent to confirm it would be ready on the estimated date. The managing director emailed at the end of July to say the items were expected in stock on the 31st. However, as of August 8th, I still hadn't received a dispatch notice. I emailed for an update—no reply. I went on chat, and they were unsure but promised to pass my inquiry along. The next day, I received an email saying the stock was in and being unpacked, but two days later, I still had no dispatch notice. I don’t know what 'soon' means, and no estimated date was provided. A friend who ordered the same item on June 17th also can't reach the company despite multiple emails. This doesn't bode well for me, especially since she ordered earlier. With all the advertising on social media, you’d think they’d hire more staff to manage orders during busy times. Very disappointing.
