I ordered 4 items in Australia on 30th Nov. I received 2 items promptly from Sydney. The other 2 were sent from the UK despite the website saying they have a Sydney warehouse. I got a call in Dec 6th from UPS courier demanding $218 for and import tax before they will deliver. I contacted UPS to dispute this. They said because I spent over $1000 (I did not spend over $1000) that I had to pay the fee. I contacted watersports to report this and they advised they would email UPS to fix the issue. A few days passed and nothing. I then contacted watersports again and they told me I need to phone UPS to sort it. I did this, UPS claim they have had no contact from the seller. I sent my invoice to UPS to prove I didn't spend over $1000. Today, now the 13th Dec I get an email from UPS with a revised invoice they want paid of $120 before the will deliver with no explanation as to why. I have contacted watersports again and have had no response. It is not my fault that watersports choose to use a well known awful courier service. I have been left with no product, lost time and stress dealing with all of this over the past 2 weeks. The items were for a birthday present which has now passed. Terrible service. Order elsewhere.
