At every stage, communication, clarity and customer service were exemplary. Every question or query received a prompt and relevant response, whilst the collection and delivery in both locations could not have been better. We were fully informed by phone, text and e-mail about every aspect of the move and all timings, which greatly helped to make the whole process far less stressful. Andy Gash is an excellent administrator and communicator, who is very efficient and helpful, whilst his good humour and calmness, regardless of any challenge, is both commendable and admirable.
