The service was very disappointing, with no communication from them. I initially purchased DVD storage cabinets and chose a delivery date, but they never arrived. After contacting them, I was told my order was lost in transit, and I received a full refund. The next day, I got an email stating my order had been returned. When I tried to reorder, the website wouldn't let me complete the payment. I attempted to register as a new customer, but the system only allowed logging in. I've emailed them but received no response. Overall, a terrible experience.
