Ordered a media storage unit which arrived promptly. Putting it together was a touch tricky and long-winded but the instructions were fairly clear. What wasn't good is that the unit, when complete, has several large screw heads plainly visible on the external carcass, and no screw covers were provided. This is really detrimental to the look of the unit and is a clear design fault. Checking back to the Watsons webpage, I now see that the photograph of the unit has been doctored or taken in such a way as to hide the screws, which looks very much like misrepresentation. I emailed Watsons and received a curt and unhelpful response to the effect that, no, they don't provide screw covers so I should try and source them myself from a DIY shop. So much for customer service. Will never use them again. In retrospect, I should have checked other reviews on Trustpilot before making my purchase !
