First the good news: I ordered a DVD/CD storage unit in "Oak" and it arrived delivery free the next day. Now for the bad news. The design and assembly of this needs to be massively improved. The 21 "cubes" are assembled using wooden dowelling rods but the problem is that this 21 cube structure is completely unstable as no side or top or bottom is attached. It took my wife and me a total of 9 man hours to put this together over two days with immense frustration. The instructions are good but could be improved. I can assemble a Billy tall bookcase in 10 minutes flat! The other complaint I have is that whilst this is designed to house both DVDs and CDs it is effectively designed as a DVD storage unit - the cubes are too large for CDs. I would not recommend buying anything from Watsons on the Web again. If only Ikea would deliver!
