I’m so glad I chose to buy the wooden utensils from Wattle & Wombat over other cheaper ones, as the quality is incredible, but more importantly, the customer service has been brilliant, quick and friendly. I provided feedback on something and I received a friendly reply within 15 minutes and had my answer and the issue resolved in that time. Yes you can get cheaper versions, but, the ability to speak with someone in Australia and the quality of the utensils is not comparable with the cheaper ones. Recommend you give Wattle & Wombat a go.
