Wave failed to pull funds for our payroll because of a bank outage. They then failed to reply (completely) to an open support ticket about it. I managed to reach support on chat, and they informed me there is nothing they can do, and I should just "add" the previous payroll to the next one as one-off payments. They then left the chat without answering my follow-up questions and objections about not paying our staff for the month!
Needless to say, we are looking at other Payroll providers.
