We purchased the smaller tub and I give it 4 out of 5 stars. It worked perfectly for about a year. Then the inflatable part of the cover started leaking. I ordered a replacement and received the wrong size, twice. Finally got the right size. Then at 18 months the heater went. It was replaced under warranty which is appreciated. But the new heater had an error code and it was an incompatibility issue with the controller. That was replaced and it is up and running. I like the app. I just wish you could set a daily schedule to run automatically. I will say Sophie was a big help in getting us the replacement controller.
