I don’t know if we just received a faulty spa but it has been a complete disappointment from the moment we unboxed it. Faulty controller, replaced it. Filter system does not work. Heat pump Ron’s constantly even after reaching desired temperature and the only customer service is thru email. We have not even been able to use the spa enough to know if it would be beneficial. Disappointed is an understatement…..strong NO for me. If the pump continually runs, it’s NOT efficient . The pump will wear out and your power bill will decently cost more than $4 dollars a day.
