I never received my order. I tried to get assistance multiple times and was told to just wait longer. At one point, they claimed I had already received help, and again told me to wait. They mentioned a refund but then went silent. I reached out again, and instead of a refund, they offered to resend the item, yet I still heard nothing. It's now been weeks since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received anything. I really doubt this is a legitimate company. Buyer beware! I have had many online shopping experiences, but this has been the worst. I strongly recommend not buying from them and blocking any influencers promoting this brand.
