Zero star
was lied to outright about been able to change delivery timesafter ordering by emailing the ware house. Turns out that was a load of rubbish and i would just recive the sofa...welll whenever really as its was a rough day of delivery.
Took my money then changed policy strait away. cancelled the order immediately. Disgusting behaviour from a company this size.
Dont trust the staff as they have no idea what they are doing or what you are saying.
Responce:- Im sorry but this companys responces all seem to be copy pasted of the same template. The fact that your staff lies to potential customers just to drive sales should be the issue been addressed here. Not delivery availability!!!!
Its my full believe now that Wayfair as a company uses AI to respond to these complaints an knowing encourages its call center staff to lie about the type of service that is on offer. This company needs to be looked into. Also found the same sofa on amazon for £30 less and free next day delivery.
