I purchased a coffee table which was not delivered. On chasing Wayfair i was told the item has been sent back to them due to damage in transit so I requested for a refund. It has been two weeks and I keep chatting with Wayfair agents everyday but no refund has been issued yet. Every time I am told they are looking into it. It is very frustrating that I have to keep chasing everyday for a refund of an item that was NOT delivered. AVOID the company for lack of customer service.
