The treatment I received from this firm is appalling. I have ordered and paid for 2 chairs. I haven't received them. I have received no explanation as to why. My attempts to communicate with them are greeted with inadequate text messages, each one asking for all the details (which I provide) and asking me to wait a few more days. I cannot get the chairs that I have paid for out of this inefficient sloppy organisation. I've paid them money, I don't even get excuses as to why they don't fulfill my order. I would certainly NOT ever deal with this firm again and I would NOT recommend them to anyone else. Their customer service is so indescribably bad that I cannot think of a suitable adjective to use. Terrible!!!
