Despite presenting evidence, the violation claim stood. When I confronted them with screenshots, support responses became slow, often taking hours. Ultimately, I received vague explanations without addressing the inconsistencies. It seems larger payouts are scrutinized more harshly, while smaller ones may be approved. I strongly advise traders to tread carefully with this firm, as profits may not be paid out even when rules appear to be followed.
