I had a very concerning experience with this company.
I initially purchased a masterclass advertised at USD 27. However, instead of being charged this amount, a total of USD 323 was debited from my account without clear authorisation. This is approximately AUD 530–550.
After requesting a refund, I only received a partial amount equivalent to AUD 325.79, leaving a significant balance still outstanding.
I have contacted support multiple times, but the issue has not been properly resolved yet.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially given the lack of transparency around the charges and the incomplete refund.
I strongly recommend exercising caution before purchasing from this company.
