Absolutely awful! I ordered a hoodie and contacted them the same day after discovering it was a thin, polyester item with a poorly applied image. After a week of sending photos and them asking for more, they offered me a 15% refund... just $6 for a hoodie I paid nearly $56 for! I requested at least half back and offered to return it myself, but they blocked me. Upon further investigation, I found they have several locations, two of which are rental offices, not a factory. They claim to be family-owned and veteran-operated with 100% USA products. It's all lies! It's false advertising all around! Avoid ordering from them!
