Terrible service. I bought a tree skirt for $70 that was labeled and shown as embroidered. Instead, I received a cheap, screen-printed piece of polyester. After numerous emails, they refused to allow a return, even after I provided side-by-side photos showing the discrepancy. They claimed each skirt was custom made, which is absurd, and could only send another skirt rather than accept a return. What a scam!
