Item was shipped, but the sizing is about twice the normal size. The quality of the "sweatshirt" is very poor, very thin and made of poor material. A T-shirt would keep me warmer. The item was described as a "washable wool", but there are not tags indicating what the sweatshirt is made of. You can almost see through it because it is so thin. They promise 100% satisfaction, but trying to get something returned is impossible.
